Us”, you know that we used to be a brick and mortar
company built on decades of wholesale and retail experience that is now entirely online.
Therefore, we believe that you should be able to order
in more than one way, to suit your comfort level. If we
charge your card, your item will ship within 48 hours.
We offer you several options, detailed below.

We work online with 1shoppingcart.com, a terrific company, and we process payments through Authorize.net,
a 5-star secure gateway. Here you may use your credit
card to pay for what you have ordered, or you may
enter information for an online check. We will print your check and submit it like any regular check - it is not electronically debited. You will NOT
be able to order, for immediate delivery, anything
that is temporarily out of stock. We never want you
to expect to receive something not immediately ready
to ship. You may reserve the item, however, through an e-mail to us.

Fall hearth items are replenished quickly, as we make
them ourselves.
How to return an item
for a refund or replacement
Getting a refund is easy. We know that sometimes an article of clothing will not fit as expected, or something has arrived broken and you decide not to have it replaced.
Broken Item
If your item arrives broken please call us immediately, We will set the claims process in motion immediately, and will at the same time ship you a replacement. You will have to hold on to your item for at least 7 days, with all packaging, as they sometimes have the driver pick up the item to be inspected. You can also ask to simply refund the purchase. Please have the paperwork in the box ready.
The claims process with FedEx will be our responsibility, not yours.
Return for refund or replacement
This generally happens only with clothing, but if it ever happens for anything else the same rules apply. Send the item back including the paperwork in the box which contains your cc receipt; that receipt contains a number which will help us immediatley refund you. If you would like the item replaced for a different size we are happy to do that too. We simply ask that you return it promptly, and that you keep it away from cigarette smoke.
We have made an arrangement with the local UPS store to receive our returns, as the various services will not bring packages to the office from the road, creating enough instances of theft to cause us to rethink this process.

Our refunds are always full refunds, including shipping if any was paid.
