The Huichol Indian women make some of the most beautiful hand-embroidered blouses in Mexico. The clothing they wear day-to-day takes my breath away, with the handwork and intricacy, and the beautiful colors.
The blouse above gives you an idea of the handwork, and areas where each blouse is embroidered. Each is one-of-a-kind, as the girls create as they go.
The fabric used is called "sheeting", a white polished Mexican cotton.
This fabric is lightweight. It is also a bit sheer, which means that you can't see through it, but you can see "into" it. For an absolutely drop-dead gorgeous look with this blouse I would wear it with a snow-white loose camisole (probably with a built-in bra) to make the colors on the embroidery just pop.

HOW TO MEASURE.
First, your bra size is irrelevant. This is actual measurement.
Put on your bra, and measure with a tape around your back
to the front edge of the cup. That measurement should
fall somewhere within the bust measurement for each blouse.
It can be bigger, or smaller, depending on how loose you
want the blouse to be. The hip measurement cited is at the
widest dimension.
